Please note - there are changes to our diecast service described below which affect all customers (nothing to worry about!) please could you take a moment to read the info below.

This information is from the official release update from Corgi Classics (Hornby Hobbies).

Deliveries into Fenton Barns:  We get our Corgi delivery on the FRIDAY of the week mentioned.  We combine over the weekend any Corgi releases and any new EFE / Britbus / Northcord / Oxford / Base etc releases received that week, so that a single package can be sent to each collector, with a single £1 dispatch charge.  We charge most advance orders the following TUESDAY for dispatch on the WEDNESDAY.  Therefore you need to allow around 10 to 14 days after the date shown before the models will reach you.

If you have a query regarding an order, please contact us.  If it was an internet order, please email if at all possible (reply to your order confirmation if you still have it), if it was a telephone or fax order, please call us on 01620 850728 and we will advise. 

Please DO NOT "chase" diecast releases until the end of the week following release week, as you need to allow time for release and dispatch to occur (see above).
