Orders will only be accepted from Europe (EC) destinations, plus USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Japan.  We do not accept orders from any other destinations.  Any orders placed will be cancelled and payments refunded from other countries - unless we have been contacted first and approved the order.

Items: To Europe, we will send most items.  Outside of Europe, we cannot send large items such as Train Sets, Scalextric Sets, Radio Controlled Cars and any item that is heavy (i.e. generally over 2 kilos (4lbs) in weight.

Title: All international sales are fraud screened.  This may delay dispatch.

Postage: Postage will be calculated when you fill your basket.  Our postage rates start at £2.95 and rise depending on product value. 

Europe? We have a courier service to most countries, this means a parcel containing (for example) a radio controlled car will usually cost £29.  However, there are surcharges for some countries (particularly Switzerland and Norway) where this is the case, we will advise by email when you place your order and give you the option to continue or cancel.

Postage Overcharge: If our site over calculates postage to an excessive degree (which it may do if you order expensive but light weight items) we will manually refund the difference.

Postage Undercharge: Some items are extremely heavy - if what you order is too heavy for the postage value the site calculates, we will be in touch and advise what to do next.

VAT: Postage rate for NON EC is subsidised by the VAT element - we do not further deduct VAT nor manually calculate postage, except in the case of diecast pre-orders.
