Orders will only be accepted from Europe (EC) destinations, plus USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Japan.  We will not accept orders from any other destinations.  Any orders placed will be cancelled and payments refunded from other countries - unless we have been contacted first and approved the order.

First Order Limit: We have an upper first-order limit of £50 GBP.  If the item you wish to order exceeds £50 GBP but is under £100 GBP, then you can order it as a single item but should not include other items with the order.  This does not apply to advance orders placed for diecast models.  Only once you have received the order, can a further order be placed.

Items: We will only accept international orders for Radio Control spare parts, diecast models and Railway rolling stock / track / buildings etc.  Specifically, we will not send outside of Europe any of the following: Radio Control Cars or RC Car/Truck/Tank/Plane kits or ready builts, Train Sets, Scalextric-type sets, Battery Chargers, Power Supplies, Train Controllers.

Title: All international sales are fraud screened.  This may delay dispatch.

Postage: Postage will be calculated when you fill your basket.  Our postage rates start at £2.50 and rise to £49.95 - depending on product value. 

Postage Overcharge: If our site over calculates postage (which it may do if you order expensive but light weight items) we will manually refund the difference.

Postage Undercharge: Some items are extremely heavy - if what you order is too heavy for the postage value the site calculates, we will be in touch and advise what to do next.

VAT: Postage rate for NON EC is subsidised by the VAT element - we do not further deduct VAT nor manually calculate postage, except in the case of diecast pre-orders.
