CAN
I ORDER BY TELEPHONE? You can order by telephone, but of course we are open longer online! If you are wary of Internet shopping, although there is no
need to be, please try to order online but select "PHONE ME FOR MY PAYMENT
DETAILS" instead of typing your card number in. That way we'll give you a quick ring for
your number which will be written on the printed order sheet (i.e. will
never go near a computer!).

VISITING OUR SHOP: Our shop is located in Fenton Barns Retail Village in North Berwick, approx 20 miles east of Edinburgh. We are located at the TOP SITE, which is away from most of the antique stores and cafe. From the Edinburgh / A1 / Drem direction, drive past the main entrance and take the next turn on your right. Then take the next right past Fenton Barns Foods, we are then on your left. Please note that some of the
ranges we list online are ordered in on demand or dispatched direct from our suppliers, so may not be in stock if you visit.

We reply
to all emails promptly but sometimes there might be a delay if we have to
check something out, so please be patient as even at the busiest times
you'll usually have a reply within one day at most. |

Tracking
Your Order |
If you wish to query the status of your order, please
note:
- Allow time for the great
British Post Office: If you have been charged and it's more than a few days previously,
allowing for weekends when no deliveries occur, PLEASE check your post box
thoroughly for Post Office, Parcelforce or Courier "We tried to deliver but you
were out" cards. They often get caught up in junk mail and free
local newspapers. Also, please ask your immediate neighbours if they
have taken a parcel in for you before contacting us. We
are finding that 95% of "missing" packages are actually waiting either
next door or at the sorting office / courier depot.
- Give us the details we need
to look into it: We can track most larger items (heavier items and majority of packages
over £50) quite quickly and advise where they are. Please reply to
your order confirmation email as it is quicker than phoning. If
you phone, we will take your details and have to phone you back.
This is because for security reasons, tracking information is not
usually stored on our shop premises.
- VERY Occasionally Things Get
Lost: Where items are lost by the postal service, we must let the Post Office investigate the loss
before any further action can be taken.
Complaints Procedure
In the event of a complaint,
please contact Neil Gorin, Operations Manager via any of the methods
outlined above. He will endeavour to respond to all complaints within
3 working days, however usually response will be within 24 hours at any
time. You will be kept updated as to the progress and
outcome of your complaint.
